| Base of consultation for countable and fiscal administration
Sticos is an enormous database for consultations in which we will be able to find any type of information related with the entire administration of our company and it stops personal patrimonies.
It is organized in four working modules, finding a general, normative searcher, account classifications and forms. Also, the consultations of the users that the program doesnt solve, they will be solved by an On-line group of professionals and added in next upgrades (even also during the supporting month).
The different modules are:
To look for topics: The navigator or searcher goes delimiting the topics that adapt to the consultation as we go introducing characters in the keyboard
Normative: The system contains a wide relationship of necessary legal norms for the habitual administration of the company
Account classification: The account classification is developed as database, so that we will be able to add our own subsidiary accounts and to write the exact internal norms that affect to the company, since comments they can be made to the consultations
Forms: It contains official forms for the clever Tributary Agency to be stuffed and forms, working sheets for accountants and auditors, and the possibility of defining new forms
The interface is interesting and the data are presented in a very clear way. When having so many data it is convenient to potentialize the searcher, since otherwise it will be we something more difficult to find what we look for.
