| Messaging client in LAN with characteristic of IRC
Vypress Chat is an excellent communication tool in local net that gathers in a single application the most typical features in the clients of instantaneous messaging, and of the chat applications by means of IRC.
It is very easy-to-use and it doesnt require configuration some. It works with protocols of net TCP/IP and IPX/SPX and he/she doesnt need of a dedicated servant. It incorporates a very intuitive and completely customizable interface as for colors, sources and design.
You can organize your chats in different channels with other users, or in private messages with an only user, the same as IRC. You can also send massive messages to all the connected users.
You can change your state (away, busy, not available...) the same as in a client of instantaneous messaging of the type ICQ or MSN, to create "macros" for sentences that you use frequently, to filter messages and even to use some typical commands of IRC like / nick, / me or / topic.
