This tool allows you to select fragments of smaller size inside a videotape file of practically any size, and to keep them as new videotapes.
Among the supported formats AVI, MPEG and QuickTime 1 and 2 are. It is very simple of using, you only need to select the beginning fotogramas and final of the fragment that want to select, and to keep it as a new file.
