It is an utility that gathers a series of tools, including everything that that you need to design a place complete web.
It allows you to generate attractive logoses in 3D, marks, bellboys for menu that you/they change color when being activated, windows pop-up, charts, automatic greetings for the visits, bars of displacement of colors, forms, and much more.
Web Page Builder Toolkit is executed using Internet Explorer, and the whole work is carried out by means of simple windows or forms of those which then can copy the result (either an image, a source code fragment) and to hit it in the document of your web.
Limitations of the version shareware:
It doesnt include all the functions. It allows to use nine basic tools and he/she gives access to other six if you register the program
